Jack founded H-M Oil in 1966. Jack worked at Dresser Industries and Schlumberger Well Surveying Corporation prior to H-M Oil. He also co-founded Elgin Corporation, a well logging company. Jack's earned a B.S. in Physics from Tulane University and attended the American Management School in New York. Jack has a wife, Helen, two sons, Tracy and Randy, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Tracy started working at H-M Oil in 1979, after earning a B.A. in Economics and a J.D. from The
University of Texas. Tracy has a wife, Susan, three daughters, Teresa, Stephanie &
Jessica and three grandchildren, Cameron, Jordan & Austin.

Randy Little, Vice-President & Secretary
Before joining H-M Oil, Randy co-owned L & L Petroleum Corporation and Eltex Drilling
Contractors, Inc., worked at Cameron Iron Works and had a private law practice. Randy earned
a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and a J.D. from the University of Texas. He has a wife, Kay,
two daughters, Alysia and Kingslea, and three grandchildren, Katie, Mackenzie & Jack.
